I had chronic shoulder/neck pain for over 4 years and nothing would help. The doctors sent me for injections, still didn't help. I came across Dara online and haven't looked back since. She is brilliant at what she does and I am delighted to have full range of movement back in my shoulder as well as no more painful spasms. She is such a lovely down to earth person and exceptional at her job. My mother is now seeing her also for knee issues and she is over the moon also. I would highly recommend Dara.

My mother went to Dara and had such a positive experience. She had a lot of pain down her leg, which had been going on for around 2 years and not improving. Dara is a lovely professional person, and did a great job in easing this pain significantly so that mom can enjoy her walks again. My mother never writes reviews anywhere, but she insisted that I left a 5-star one here for Dara on her behalf!

Dara is absolutely brilliant. So knowledgeable and she keeps you informed throughout the appointment. Excellent safety procedures in place for covid so you feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend her.

I attended Dara due to very painful trapped nerves in my back. I hadn't slept properly in days. I was nervous getting any treatment because I was in so much pain. She instantly put me at ease and talked me through what she would do to fix my problem. Between deep tissue massage and dry needling she had me sorted after one session. I slept like a baby for the first times in ages. I couldn't recommend Dara enough, knowledgable, friendly and an excellent physical therapist.

Have been to dara mahon today I can only highly recommend her .An ABSOLUTELLY lovely lady to deal with .Felt very relaxed to discuss my conditions with dara. She was only to happy to give me advice and showed great concern . Will definitely be returning to dara's physio therapy in the future .

I’ve been to a fair few physios over the years with persistant pains but Dara is the most effective one I’ve been treated by. She really takes the time to get to the root of the problem and is good enough to talk you through it all while getting top class treatment. Wouldn’t be going anywhere else, highly recommend.

Referred by Doctor for continuous sinus head aches and jaw and neck pain . Very professional and knowledgeable. Dara put me at ease straight away and explained the treatment needed step by step . Great relief from symptoms.Highly recommend
