What is Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapy is a health care profession dedicated to the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues. Dara is a manual therapist and her ultimate goal is to restore you to maximum functional condition with the appropriate exercise protocols and advice for injury prevention.
Dara treats a wide range of injuries and caters for individuals of all ages, be it from occupational, normal daily living or sporting activities. Each injury is unique to that individual and is treated accordingly on a one to one basis.
